Each year, God provides us with opportunities to partner with DFCS foster families, kinship care families, and other families in need of a little extra help for Christmas gifts. Thank you so much for your willingness to give in the past.
The 2026 sponsorships will be announced on Sunday November 8th.
Each November, thousands of events will echo across America and around the globe, all sharing a single goal, that God’s great love for the orphan will find place in our lives as well.
Join us on November 15th as we focus on God's heart for the vulnerable and are equipped for the task of connecting to and providing for vulnerable children in need. We have a global orphan crisis.
We will also be giving away our Joy Adoption Grants. We are honored to play our small part in helping a child find their ‘forever family. Invite a family you know to join us for this special service!
We have a super fun “Friendsgiving” dinner planned for our Joy Kids on November 18th!
Bring your favorite side dish to share and also bring a friend!

If this is your first time giving, here is how you can come prepared:

+ Bring a valid form of Identification such as a driver’s license or passport.
+ Bring the names of medications you are taking.

Our annual themed Christmas dinner is one of our favorite traditions at Joy. Come make great memories with your family!
Of course, the night wouldn't be complete without the Gift Tree. It will be loaded down with great ornaments for your whole posse. We're looking forward to seeing you!
The Christmas season is so fun at Joy Kids! Make sure you join us for our Christmas party on Wednesday December 16th 6-8pm.

Watching the candlelight dance at our Christmas Eve service, will remind us of the true light of the world that came to bring us up out of the darkness.
This is the perfect time to refocus on the reason we celebrate the Christmas season.

We are so excited to have the Joy Adoption Grant established. We have partnered with 18 families since 2018!
Join us on Sunday October 25th, immediately following the service as our Refuge Student Ministry hosts a lunch fundraiser.
All proceeds will benefit the Joy Adoption grant, which will be given away to an adoptive family on November 15th at our Orphan Sunday service.

Camp Barnabas is a ministry in southwest Missouri dedicated to providing a unique Christian summer camp experience to individuals with special needs, their siblings, and youth from across the United States.

Counselors
Age: 15+
Counselors are our greatest need each year. These incredible individuals experience the week side-by-side with their Camper while providing unconditional love and care for all of their needs during the week.
Barnstormers
Age:13-14
Barnstormers have a servant’s heart and a great work ethic. They keep the camp in tip-top shape by serving food and tidying up during the week. Barnstormers enjoy building relationships with their bunkmates and creating lasting memories. Depending on the camp need, a barnstormer may be asked to move up to a counselor position.

Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, where kids will plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. They’ll explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, their creator, a safe place in life’s storms.
This is our final meeting before VBS! Make sure to attend. You’ll receive your T-Shirt and we will review VBS from back to front.

We’re renting out the park from 7pm-9pm. You’ll finally get to show everyone your best high dive!
We will have food on the grill and ready to serve by 6pm at the pavilion outside the gate. (no outside food/drinks are allowed by the pool)
All cabanas will be available for plenty of shade.
The cost is $5/person who gets in the pool. (that includes the kiddie area)
